Die Neuregelung besagt, dass Boote mit einer Leistung von bis zu 15 PS (11,03 KW) f\u00fchrerscheinfrei und ohne Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von Personen ab 16 Jahren gefahren werden d\u00fcrfen (mit Ausnahme des Rheins und des Bodensees).<\/p>\n<p>Um das sichere Betreiben von Sportbooten mit einer Antriebsleistung von bis zu 15 PS weiterhin zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, haben der Verband Deutscher Sportbootschulen e.V. (VDS) und der Deutsche Motoryachtverband e.V. (DMYV) Anfang 2013 das Sportbootzertifikat Motor eingef\u00fchrt. Sicherheit an Bord und der seem\u00e4nnisch richtige Umgang mit dem Boot stehen klar im Fokus der praxisnahen Schulung. Auf dem Rhein ist er vorgeschrieben f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge unter 15 Meter L\u00e4nge und\/oder einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Nutzleistung als 3,68 kW (5 PS) In Berlin und Brandenburg ist der auf bestimmten Binnenschifffahrtsstra\u00dfen auch vorgeschrieben f\u00fcr Sportfahrzeuge unter Segel. F\u00fcr den Geltungsbereich Binnenschifffahrtsstra\u00dfen kann der Sportbootf\u00fchrerschein deshalb unter Segel, mit Antriebsmaschine oder mit Antriebsmaschine und unter Segel erworben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Auf den Seeschifffahrtsstra\u00dfen ist der SBF zum F\u00fchren von Sportbooten mit Antriebsmaschine vorgeschrieben f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge mit einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Nutzleistung als
